An electronic document management system (EDMS), is a computer software to manage, store and retrieve electronic documents, images or paper documents digitalized through scanners. The EDMS we developed for this institution allowed them to Access, Edit, and Distribute documents in one place. It also helped to centralize operations and streamline processes. The following features were integrated into the software;
